Amanda Fraser
General Manager Joy Early Learning
Amanda Fraser is the driving force behind Joy Early Learning — a passionate, people-focused operator with over 18 years of experience across the early childhood sector. Having literally done every role in the industry, Amanda brings deep, grounded knowledge from classroom to boardroom. Her career includes extensive operational leadership within C&K, where she supported centre quality, educator capability and operational uplift across the network. She later held senior leadership roles with Story House Early Learning, helping shape and guide the growth, performance and culture of one of Australia’s fastest-expanding providers.
Now General Manager of Joy Early Learning, Amanda leads with integrity, experience and heart. She champions high-quality education, supports aligned and empowered teams, and drives operational excellence that allows children, families and educators to thrive. An industry leader in every sense — respected, proven and deeply invested in early learning — Amanda embodies the vision and values of Joy Early Learning every day.
