Programs & Learning
What age groups do you cater for?
We welcome little learners from 8 weeks to 6 years across our Nursery, Toddler, Pre-Kindy, and Kindergarten/Preschool programs.
What’s your approach to early learning?
Play-based, hands-on, and built for curiosity. We believe real learning happens when children feel safe, happy, and free to explore.
What curriculum do you follow?
Our program is play-led and designed to foster independence, creativity, and social confidence. In Qld, we offer a government-approved Kindergarten program. In NSW, we provide a Preschool program preparing children for their next big step.
Do you offer school readiness programs?
Yes! Our Kindergarten (Qld) and Preschool (NSW) programs focus on early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving—through play, not pressure.
Meals & Nutrition
Do you provide meals?
Yes! Our in-house chefs prepare fresh, nutrition-packed meals daily, using locally sourced ingredients.
What if my child has allergies or dietary needs?
We cater to all dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances, and cultural preferences.
Can I see the menu?
Of course! Our seasonal menus are available at each centre—just ask.
Daily Routines & Care
What does a typical day look like?
Each day is a mix of play, exploration, rest, and meals—tailored to your child’s age and needs. Expect outdoor adventures, creative projects, group play, and plenty of fun.
Do you offer sleep and rest time?
Yes, we provide comfortable sleep spaces and follow each child’s individual sleep routine.
What should my child bring?
A hat, water bottle, change of clothes, and any comfort items they love. We provide everything else, from nappies to sunscreen.
Do you toilet train?
We support toilet learning in a way that’s gentle, positive, and aligned with your child’s readiness.

Fees & Government Support
How much does Joy cost?
Fees vary by location and days booked. Contact us for current rates and fee schedules.
Can I get Child Care Subsidy (CCS)?
We’re an approved provider, and eligible families can claim CCS to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
How do I apply for CCS?
You can apply via MyGov. Need help? We’re happy to walk you through it.
